Nora, Sandra and the Cab Driver are out of control, screaming at them.

SANDRA
(Angry, with neck and forehead veins swollen)
"You sublet the premises to Selva to have fun!?!?
EDARPIC
(Panic, confusion)

NORA
(First derogatory, after threatening)
-Yeaaahhh, Baby! But if she has a huge living-room much larger than the storefront! What is she doing there!??! If she doesn’t leave in 10 minutes we cut off the light!
EDARPIC
(Desperate, very fast so they could finish the sentence before the following shout)
"But no! It is a problem to have Selva celebrating her son’s confirmation but you don’t find it unusual to have a shop of furniture or a Ping Pong championship??!
CAB DRIVER
(in a tantrum)
-WHAAAAAT??? Are you fucking with us?! 
What shady deal are you cutting with Selva?!!
SANDRA
(Shouts even louder, interrupting the Cab-driver and hitting the table when she finishes)
"You sublet the premises and that is forbidden! Tomorrow, first thing in the morning you are giving back the keys!

Meanwhile…
INT. GROUND FLOOR, STOREFRONT - NIGHT
SELVA, the street neighbour from across the street, is celebrating the Confirmation of his son Chelen.
  They eat sandwiches and pie. Chelen is sweeter than cake. Totally harmless.
There are children and grandparents.

INT. FIRST FLOOR, NORA’S KITCHEN - NIGHT
The bell rings and suddenly all the screaming stops. Everyone is petrified. Nobody wants to open the door. They all fear it could be Ojerita losing her hair and foaming from the mouth as if rabid. Sandra musters her courage and goes to answer it. Upstairs everybody braces themselves, waiting The Scream.

It is the delivery of pizza. Sandra returns and they all have dinner together.
