Opening Tea
Saturday July 10th, 5 pm


3,500 flyers
- we divide the neighborhood into 4 blocks
- we assign 2 promotional models per block
- we use 5 kinds of communication strategies.



Promotional models in silence: Flyering  door to door. (Walking the neighborhood from top to bottom).
Promotional models with an explanation: flyering hand to hand – live person to person experience. (Greet everyone who passes in the way, inviting them to the Opening Tea.
Promotional models with an explanation in shops: Personalized explanation of the project + leaving a pile of flyers on their counters. (Do not forget to invite to the Opening  Tea!)
Sunday’s infiltrated Campaign: (straight to the table of your home): Press Service of the newsstand. 500 flyers infiltrated in 2 Sunday’s newspapers.
Web marketing: sending emails to as many reciepents as it takes untill it would be identified as spam.

Result of the call: 2 neighbors of Monte Castro.
Ida, the neighbor across the street. She gave us a present, her love and support forever. But didn’t want to stay to have tea.
Pablo, our beloved ambassador, unconditional friend and consultant of the neighborhood, who did stayed to  have tea.
Of course and luckily, our families and friends came..
